NB - This is aimed at members transferring from another co-op.
Hello everyone
Fairhazel Co-op are looking for a family for a beautiful four bedroom home in leafy Hamstead (look at the photos!). They are asking if we can help. Do you know of a family in housing need? Please ask your MC/allocations if there is anyone on your list. Roll on the resource sharing web site. Here's the info from Fairhazel.
4 Bedroom Co-op Flat Available
Many thanks for the chance to publicise to other co-ops via LCHG a 4-bedroom flat we are currently looking to offer to a family of five. It was a Camden nomination but they couldn't provide a suitable fit so we've decided to do it ourselves. We don't currently have a family that fits on our own waiting list, so MC has given the go-ahead to try other London co-ops...
Briefly, Fairhazel is a fully mutual housing co-op in South Hampstead, North West London, very close to Finchley Road Station. We own 129 flats and have around 200 members. A private registered provider, we have a nominations agreement with Camden.
The Co-op invites any family looking for a 4-bedroom flat to contact our Chair of Allocations: Christina Barrie on 02076256511 email: christinabarrie1@gmail.com
Alternative contact during office hours is our housing manager Carole Mulvaney on 02076241098
The flat is available at £731.00 per calendar month + £12.89 service charge = £743.89 gross rent (not including council tax).
This flat/maisonette has its own entrance and comprises the first and second floors of a Victorian mansion building that also has another flat below. External access is via 19 steps. Internal access from the first to the second floor is via 17 steps.
First floor: large kitchen/dining area at the front + WC + large reception/living room to the rear, with balcony and a stunning view of communal gardens (for which a key is available for a small charge).
Second floor: 4 bedrooms, bathroom (incl. bath with mixer shower/hand-basin/WC)
Please see the attached photos and visit our website (http://fairhazel.org.uk/) for further information about the co-op.
